MIFRE ENERGY, ZVVZ GROUP and RUSSELL & SCOTT CZ joined the ownership structure of VIA ALTA and PREFIA. With the entry of these investors, both VIA ALTA and PREFIA gain strong partners for the further development of their activities.
With regard to the growing need for a strong production and business background based on successfully implemented development and supply projects, an agreement was reached between the current sole owner of VIA ALTA and PREFIA, Mr. Jakub John, and representatives of the business groups MIFRE ENERGY, ZVVZ GROUP (through the company EVECO, s.r.o.) and RUSSELL & SCOTT CZ. These groups entered the ownership structure with a majority share, which will fully enable the further dynamic development of both companies. With this acquisition the entering groups gain experienced development, engineering and supply workplaces, and VIA ALTA and PREFIA essential production and commercial capacity.

Their entry into our companies is a big step for our further development and stable cooperation with existing and future customers", says Jakub John, who even after the conclusion of the entire transaction remains in the company and will be in charge of developing business, innovation and development opportunities.
The company's board of directors is newly composed of four members. They are Ing. Michal Kazda, MSc., chairman of the board responsible for the overall management of companies and representative of MIFRE ENERGY, Ing. Milan Nováček, vice-chairman of the board and director of VIA ALTA, Ing. Jakub John, Ph.D., FEng. and Ing. Roman Jarolímek, representative of ZVVZ GROUP. The Supervisory Board has two members, for MIFRE ENERGY Ing. František Vágner and for RUSSELL & SCOTT CZ Mgr. Vladimír Faifr, MBA, CSc.
