MIFRE ENERGY, ZVVZ GROUP and RUSSELL & SCOTT CZ joined the ownership structure of VIA ALTA and PREFIA. With the entry of these investors, both VIA ALTA and PREFIA gain strong partners for the further development of their activities.

VIA ALTA will implement another project in cooperation with VUT Brno and other foreign partners, which was supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic. The project will focus on the development of a new nanotechnology device.

VIA ALTA a.s. in cooperation with CEITEC, within the framework of a research and development project supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, it developed a device for cleaning plastic waste using the principles of thermal decomposition and mechanical separation of undesirable components.

The Industrial Property Office has issued a utility model for the Technological Line for the production of reclamation remediation materials arising from waste, by-products and secondary raw materials.

Supervisory audit performed by the auditor of BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION CZ, s.r.o. the compliance of our activities with the standards ISO 9001 - Quality Management System and ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System was verified and the certification was confirmed.

As part of the Week of Research and Innovation for Practice and the Environment - TVIP, which will take place on an alternative date from 19 to 21 October 2021, again in Hustopeče u Brna, we will present our solution for joint management of BRO, gastro-waste and sewage sludge.

Last week there was a kick off meeting of a project called Kaloman, which addresses the issue of sewage sludge, especially the sanitation of this waste for subsequent use.

In cooperation with Stavební spořitelna Česká spořitelna and the 3Deposition company, elements of a parkour playground are created on the frame 3D printer developed by us.

Industrial agglomeration extruder and belt dryer for drying of light materials

Last week, a meeting of our employees with partners from Brno University of Technology took place regarding the project Development of a utilization dryer for sewage sludge. The meeting mainly addressed the concept of a laboratory dryer, which will be used to verify hypotheses and testing.

Polydach roofing has a further qualification within the construction technical certificate. Now the tests were focused on the reaction of the fire.

A prototype laboratory extruder was developed especially for melting waste thermoplastics. Meltability tests of various materials are currently being carried out on the extruder, and based on the results, an industrial plant with many times higher capacity will be designed.

In cooperation with the Faculty of Agriculture of Mendel University in Brno and the Faculty of Chemistry of Brno University of Technology, we have started research and development of a sewage sludge utilization dryer.

VIA ALTA a.s. cooperated on the utility model. together with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology within the project Research and development of a 3D printer for use in construction.

The first certification tests realized in an accredited testing laboratory in Brno as part of the issuance of a construction technical certificate showed satisfactory criteria for our Polydach roofing.

At the end of last year, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) tests were successfully passed.

The Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic issued a certificate of registration of the trademark VIA ALTA, which is now registered in the Register of Trademarks for number 382822.

6.2.2019 - At the opening meeting we agreed the cooperation with the research group Advanced polymer materials and composites of Professor Josef Jančar of Brno CEITEC.
