Development of process parameters of additive production of highly filled waste thermoplastics

The aim of the project is to verify the usability of a new technology and production process, the output of which is easily customizable products (prefabricated) in the building industry - building components made from highly filled waste thermoplastics.

In cooperation with the Brno Technical University, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Reverse Engineering and Additive Technologies, suitable strategies of robotic production (fill pattern, laying technology) are tested, which can subsequently achieve sufficient strength, thermal insulating properties, acoustic properties or desirable design.

The main benefit and the current motivation is the use of the waste product with problematic sales and its return to the life cycle, which is beneficial both in the economic and ecological level.
